Introduction: Craniopharyngiomas (CPs) are histologically benign tumours but are clinically associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Recurrence of CPs is known to influence mortality, but apart from the extent of surgical resection, no clinical characteristics have been shown to predict recurrence.
